This wine dinner was dedicated to all the Italian wine lovers and the Director of Kellerei Cantina, Mr. Klaus Gasser, we wouldn’t have been able to do this without them. Throughout the night some of the incredible wine selection of Cantina, Terlano were introduced, promoted and expanded.

That being said I thought the dinner was a huge success. It brought everyone together as a family to enjoy the evening of great food and learn about a little more of the winery Cantina, Terlano and its history, which was presented by the winemaker, Mr. Klaus Gasser. Most importantly, knowing how each course is paired with different foods to bring out the flavors at a world-class Italian restaurant. We were also lucky enough to have Chef, Bombana to share his thoughts on the wine & food pairings tonight!
