Refund Policy


-The customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.

-Prowine Limited will not refund payment or accept returns once purchased bottles are opened.

-Prowine Limited reserve sole discretion in handling refund request but will not unreasonably refuse the refund request.


Request to Change or Cancel Your Order


-You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at +852 2898 3028. Please review our Customer Service Team's operation hours before calling.
 

-You may check your order status. If the order status is 'Order being processed', please contact the Customer Service Team to confirm whether there might still be time for us to agree to you changing or cancelling your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request. However, unfortunately, there is no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.


-If we agree to you changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase, to the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agree to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation.


-If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order. The decision to accept your return is solely at the discretion of Prowine Limited

Requests will only be accepted if they are defective, damaged or corked.

 

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


-If you are shipping a item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
